PRICING and AVAILABILITY:

🔸Einkorn Wheatberries (Heirloom, Certified Organic, Non-GMO) $2.70/lb or $135/ 50lb bag (Goal is 2000lbs or 50 bags)

Einkorn is an ancient wheat and many believe it’s the original wheat of the Bible. People love it because it's easier to digest than other wheat varieties. It is a versatile wheatberry as it can be used to make bread, sourdough but also cookies and pastries! It’s one of our family’s favorite wheatberries!

🔸Khorasan Wheatberries (Heirloom, Certified Organic, Non-GMO) $1.90/lb or $95/ 50lb bag (Goal is 2000lbs or 50 bags)

Khorasan is an ancient wheat and relative to Durum wheat! It’s a larger wheatberry in size. It has a somewhat sweet, nutty, buttery flavor and like Einkorn it is easier to digest. It is thought to have many health advantages! Khorasan can be used to make bread, sourdough and even pasta! Just fyi, Kamut is a name brand Khorasan that has been trademarked. This is not Kamut, it is only Khorasan. It’s not trademarked seed that Grand Teton uses to grow their Khorasan. It is an heirloom Khorasan seed they grow it, which makes this even better in our opinion!

🔸Spelt Wheatberries (Heirloom, Certified Organic, Non-GMO) $1.65/lb or $82.50/ 50lb bag (Goal is 2000lbs or 50 bags)

Spelt wheatberries have an amazing flavor unlike any other wheat variety. It tastes as rich as it is in nutrients. It’s higher in zinc, protein and anti-oxidants than other wheat varieties.  You can make sourdough bread with it and even Spelt tortillas that taste out of this world! See our Avocado Taco recipe on our blog!  Like Einkorn, Spelt makes an amazing all-purpose flour you can either make bread or baked goods with!

🔸Hard White Wheatberries (Heirloom, Certified Organic, Non-GMO) $1.35/lb or $67.50/ 50lb bag (Goal is 2000lbs or 50 bags)

Hard White Wheat Berries is what most bakers use for baking breads and sourdough. It’s a staple for any home! You can boil these grains to make hot cereal. You can sprout any of these grains for added nutrients and benefits! The great thing about this Hard White variety is that it’s heirloom!

🔸Whole White Quinoa (Heirloom, Certified Organic, Non-GMO) $2.40/lb or $120/ 50lb bag (Goal is 2000lbs or 50 bags)

This Quinoa is not certified gluten free since it’s harvested and packaged in a wheat facility. Quinoa is naturally a gluten free grain, but we can’t promise that gluten isn’t present, so anyone with serious gluten allergies should avoid! Quinoa can be used to make bread, be added to salads and soups and used as a meat substitute to make plant based burgers and meatballs that are high in protein!

🔸Food Grade 5 Gallon Buckets with sealable rubber gasket lids. $13.50/bucket and lid combo. (100 buckets/lids available only) (*Must buy atleast 1 bag of wheatberries or grains from this bulk order to buy Buckets/Lids).
