WHAT FARM ARE WE ORDERING FROM AND WHAT ARE WE ORDERING?
We are ordering the following five Certified Non-GMO, Certified Gluten Free, Certified Kosher, Regeneratively and Sustainably grown American Rice from Ralston Family Farms in Atkins, Arkansas: Purple Artisanal Aromatic Rice, Golden Light Brown Rice, Basmati Rice, Jasmine Aromatic Rice, and Nature’s Blend Rice. WHY RALSTON FAMILY FARMS RICE?
Ralston Family Farms is seeking and about to receive their regenerative farming certification. They are not certified organic, however they practice all natural and better than organic, regenerative farming methods when growing their American grown rice!
Ralston Family Farms not only grows but they mill their own rice to insure that you receive the highest quality, cleanest rice available!
HOW DOES THIS BULK ORDER WORK?
1. The rice we are ordering comes in 25lb sealed buckets. The rice will last 2-3 years in the bucket if stored in a cool, dry, temp-controlled place! The minimum order is one 25lb bucket of any variety. You may order as many buckets and whichever varieties of rice you prefer up to the goal or limit for each type available.
2. Once the goal is met for each variety, then orders for that variety will be closed! The goal for each variety is 2000lbs, 80 buckets to fill a pallet. There are 80 (25 lb) buckets per pallet so only 80 buckets that are available per variety.

HOW DO YOU PLACE AND PAY FOR YOUR ORDER?
1. Orders and Payments are due no later than 12 Noon on Friday, April 19th or before! Place your order right away so you can make sure to get what you want before the goal is reached and the order is closed! If the goal is reached before the deadline then the order may close before the deadline!

IMPORTANT NOTE: (To be able to order online your address must be within 50 miles of the drop you want to pick up at. If you live farther than 50 miles of one of the drop areas listed above and still want to order, then text us at 830-822-0393 to place your order and pay via text (as our website won’t allow you to place an order if you live 50 miles farther than any of the drops).
If you have to or if you prefer to order via text or phone then we accept most payment apps like Zelle, CashApp, PayPal & Venmo. We only accept credit & debit if you order on our website! Cash and/or checks are accepted if they are received before the deadline above!
2. All orders are final and can't be exchanged or refunded unless there is damage to the product upon shipping or delivery to the drops.
3. Ralston Family Farms will ship our bulk order on or before Friday May 3rd. The drops will be scheduled either the week of May 6-10th or the week of May 13th-17th depending on when the shipment arrives or depending on your drop location. The drop times will be scheduled between the hours of 8am and 7pm, Mon-Fri during those weeks. (There is no membership fees or shipping costs and delivery to the drops is free).
4. We will schedule the drop dates and times as soon as we have an exact time the truck will arrive with our shipment. Keep your schedule open for those weeks!!! We will keep you posted as this bulk order progresses step by step via text! Once the drops are scheduled we will do everything we can to
be on time for the drops, however if delays occur we will notify you immediately via text or a call. Drop locations can be found on our website here:
5. If you can’t make your drop you will need to find someone that can pick up for you or you will need to come to a drop you can make. Your order will not be refunded if it is not picked up or if an arrangement can not be made. Note: We make all possible efforts to help when emergencies arise, however we do not have the facilities to hold orders.
