HOW DOES THIS BULK ORDER WORK?
1. The wheat berries we are ordering come in 50lb paper sacks. The minimum order is one 50lb sack of any variety. Order as many sacks and whichever varieties of wheat berries you prefer up to the goal or limit for each type available. The more you order the better able we are to reach our goal!
2. Once the goal is met for each variety, then orders for that variety will be closed! The goal for each variety is listed below with the pricing and info on each variety.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This bulk order is a GO! Regardless of how much Einkorn or Spelt we add to it! We have already paid Central Milling and they are getting the rest of our order ready for us to ship August 16th! Grand Teton guarantees they can get the pallets of Einkorn and Spelt we are adding to this bulk ready to ship by August 16th as well! So no delays!
This may be our last bulk order until the Fall (Nov. 1st). So stock up while you can!

Einkorn is an ancient wheat and many believe it’s the original wheat of the Bible. People love it because it's easier to digest than other wheat varieties and they love its superb flavor! It is a versatile wheat berry as it can be used to make bread and sourdough but also cookies and pastries and even biscuits and gravy!!! It’s one of our family’s favorite wheat berries! And it’s a favorite among my customers!

Rye is an ancient grain that has a delicious, stronger European flavor! It can be used alone to make rye loaves or mixed in with other wheat berries to add color and a unique flavor to your loaves! You can also make delicious flatbreads with it or sprout it for fresh wheat grass! One of our favorite breakfasts is toasted rye bread with butter! Delish! We have had a lot of requests for Rye and we are so glad to finally be offering it!

Khorasan is an ancient wheat! It’s a larger wheat berry in size. It has a somewhat sweet, nutty, buttery flavor and like Einkorn it is easier to digest. It is thought to have many health advantages! Khorasan can be used to make bread, sourdough and even pasta! Just fyi, Kamut is a name brand Khorasan that has been trademarked. This is not Kamut, it is only Khorasan. It’s not trademarked seed Central Milling Farmers use to grow their Khorasan. It is an heirloom Khorasan seed they grow it with, which makes this even better in our opinion!

Spelt ancient wheat berries have an amazing flavor unlike any other wheat variety. It tastes as rich as it is in nutrients. It’s higher in zinc, protein and anti-oxidants than other wheat varieties. You can make sourdough bread with it and even Spelt tortillas that taste out of this world! See our Avocado Taco recipe on our blog! And like Einkorn and Khorasan, Spelt is much easier to digest!

IMPORTANT NOTE: (To be able to order online your address must be within 50 miles of the drop you want to pick up at. If you live farther than 50 miles of one of the drop areas listed above and still want to order, then text us at 830-822-0393 to place your order and pay via text (as our website won’t allow you to place an order if you live 50 miles farther than any of the drops).
4. All orders are final and can't be exchanged or refunded unless there is damage to the product upon shipping or delivery to the drops.
5. Central Milling and Grand Teton will have our bulk order ready to ship to Yah’s Manna on or before Friday, August 16th. The drops will be scheduled either the week of August 26th-30th or the week of September 2nd -6th* (There will be NO drops scheduled for Friday, Aug. 30th or Monday, Sept 2nd of those weeks to make room for those celebrating Labor Day). The drop times will be scheduled between the hours of 8am and 7pm, Mon - Fri during those weeks with the exception of those days mentioned above. (There is no membership fees or shipping costs as delivery to the drops is free).
6. We will schedule the exact drop dates and times as soon as we know when our order is ready to be delivered to Yah’s Manna by our freight company (ABF)! Keep your schedule open for those weeks!!! 7. If you can’t make your drop you will need to find someone that can pick up for you or you will need to come to a drop you can make. Your order will not be refunded if it is not picked up or if an arrangement can not be made. Note: We make all possible efforts to help when emergencies arise, however we do not have the facilities to hold orders. (We have some amazing customers and many have offered to hold for customers that can’t make the drops in the past! Please make all possible efforts but we always try to get you your order when you just can’t make it!)

Yah's Manna gives away a percentage of the total grain or food ordered during each bulk order to those that are in need but can’t afford it!
